TORONTO, ONTARIO (December 6, 2016) – Pangolin Diamonds Corp. (TSX-V: PAN) (the “Company” or “Pangolin”) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing (the “Offering”) of units (“Units”) for aggregate gross proceeds of $ 277,720.  The Offering consisted of 4,628,666 Units at a price of $0.06 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”).  Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.07 for a period of sixty (60) months from the date hereof. (TSX-V: PAN) (the “Company” or “Pangolin”) announces that it intends to raise up to $300,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement financing (the “Offering”) of up to 5,000,000 units (“Units”) at a price of $0.06 per Unit.  Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”).  Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.07 for a period of sixty (60) months from the date of issuance. Pangolin Files 43-101 and Provides Project Update

Pangolin Reports On Drilling at Motloutse Diamond Project, Botswana

Pangolin Identifies Kimberlite Drill Target MG-08 at Motloutse Diamond Project, Botswana

  • The MG-08 is an oval shaped target measuring approximately 4 hectares in size and the second kimberlite target confirmed within the project area
  • It is a near surface and groundmagnetic anomaly 
  • Anomalous concentration of positive kimberlite indicator minerals recovered at surface
  • The indicator minerals are characterized by surface textures indicative of their source to be close
  • Several other targets are being developed over the next few weeks
  • The Motloutse drill program is anticipated to be completed before the end of July 2016
  • Drilling at the Malatswae Diamond Project is still on schedule for the second half of 2016

Pangolin Reports Type II diamond from MSC Grid, Malatswae Diamond Project, Botswana

  • One of seven diamonds from the MSC Grid is a Type II diamond 
  • The Type II diamond is associated with three Type I ab diamonds in an area of 0.32km2 
  • The Type II diamond is also associated with ilmenites with reaction rims, a mantle xenolith fragment and fresh angular olivine, all indicative of a proximal source 
  • Drilling for kimberlite within the MSC Grid will take place in second half of 2016 

TORONTO, ONTARIO (May 16, 2016) – Pangolin Diamonds Corp. (TSX-V: PAN) (the “Company” or “Pangolin”) is pleased to report that one of seven diamonds analysed from the MSC Grid in Botswana is a Type II nitrogen-free diamond. Approximately 2% of the world’s diamonds are classified as Type II diamonds.

Type II diamonds are often associated with the presence of large diamonds, for example the 813 carat and 1109 carat diamonds produced from the Karowe Mine by Lucara Diamonds are both Type II diamonds.  The Karowe Mine is approximately 105 kilometres northwest from the MSC Grid area. Pangolin Closes $693,453 Private Placement of Units for Diamond Projects in Botswana

TORONTO, ONTARIO (April 19, 2015) – Pangolin Diamonds Corp. (TSX-V: PAN) (the “Company” or “Pangolin”) is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $693,453 (the “Offering”). Proceeds of the Offering will be used to continue the exploration program, inclusive of drilling, at the Company’s priority Malatswae diamond project during 2016.  In addition, the proceeds of the Offering will provide working capital to the Company in order to further its exploration commitments at its other 100% owned diamond projects in Botswana.

The Offering consisted of 13,869,060 units of the Company (“Unit”) at a price of $0.05 per Unit.  Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (“Common Share”) and one Common Share purchase warrant (“Warrant”).  Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one Common Share at a price of $0.05 for a period of sixty (60) months from the date hereof.  Insiders of Pangolin participated in the amount of $101,600 representing 14.7% of the total Offering. Pangolin Discovers Third Diamond-Bearing Area and Eleventh Diamond, Malatswae Diamond Project, Botswana

  • The MTS grid confirmed as a new diamondiferous kimberlite target area
  • The diamond and kimberlitic pyrope garnet with G10 compositions have been recovered from soil samples
  • The diamond is a fragment of a larger stone
  • Many pyrope from other samples have near-source surface features 
  • An additional 470 soil samples from the MTS grid area have been collected
  • Kimberlitic garnets have been visually identified in approximately half of the samples processed to date
